Service on the Beach


We hired an amazing chef Alan of Ricolan Chef Services who came in to our rented home, set the table, and with his assistant served us an absolutely amazing meal.  First course was a butterleaf salad with fresh seared scallops, drizzled with a citrus vinegarette.  Next up pan seared red snapper, with asparagus, beets and new potatoes.  Finally for dessert...which we were all to full to finish, was international cheese and grapes, which we served with a beautiful bordeaux.
